I'm an artist and writer from Somerset with an endless curiosity for nature, myths and mysteries. I have spent years researching the folklore of Britain and enjoy translating it into art and stories in order to preserve and reimagine the past. Primarily, I enjoy experimenting with mixed media to capture the essence of my visions, and my philosophy is that real art in any form is something we all need more of in an increasingly artificial world.
I have extensive experience with writing, designing, illustrating and publishing books and zines, selling hundreds of copies all over the UK and worldwide. I look forward to sharing this experience with others to help bring new ideas to life.
I have a degree in Illustration, which has helped me gain varied commercial art experience, ranging from working with clients such as the BBC, long listing for the Folio Society Book Illustration Award, to designing covers for authors such as Greta T. Bates.
